Baby and Postnatal Yoga in Norwich

Baby and Postnatal, or Mum and Baby Yoga, is a wonderful way to spend your time on maternity leave. A yoga class that is beneficial for both mother and baby!
Here's what you can expect:
- Chance to connect with others and air motherhood concerns
- Time to "tune in" to your body and your baby
- Gentle warm ups to ease out tensions from the week
- Moving your body in ways to stretch out tensions and strengthen your body postpartum
- Massage and stretches for babies, which help with sleep, digestion, bonding and development
- Breathwork to restore the abdominals and pelvic floor
- Breathwork to find calm
- Relaxation to rest and restore
- Meet other mums
- You will leave feeling calm and refreshed, as well as knowing you are stronger mentally and physically.
